Enhancing Safety and Comfort for Motorcyclists
BikerGuard is an innovative mini electric wiper for motorcycle helmet visors, providing riders with better visibility, safety, and comfort in all weather conditions. Our IT agency collaborated with Bikerguard d.o.o. on the comprehensive product launch, which included developing the visual identity, designing the website and online store, and establishing an effective marketing strategy. Special emphasis was placed on analyzing the target audience to better understand the needs and habits of customers.

Challenge
The goal of the project was to successfully launch BikerGuard in the motorcycle accessories market and identify the needs and expectations of end users.
The challenge was to create a visually recognizable brand that combines adventure and safety while also providing an intuitive online store for a seamless shopping experience.
An important part of the project was also a customer analysis conducted through an extensive survey to gain insights into the desires, habits, and expectations of motorcyclists.

Results:
The launch of BikerGuard achieved significant results, including high brand recognition and growing sales. The results of the extensive survey helped us tailor marketing campaigns and improve product communication. Our targeted Facebook campaigns achieved excellent engagement, while the online store recorded increased conversion rates. We found that 72% of surveyed motorcyclists highlighted visibility as a key factor in safety, which validated the product's value.
Technology
The website was designed using Angular for a fast and responsive user experience, while the online store was implemented in Shopify, enabling efficient order and inventory management. For email marketing, we used Mailchimp, which facilitated automated communication with users. Customer analysis was based on data from the extensive survey, providing key insights for optimizing the marketing strategy and tailoring the product offering.
